SIAL 2024 has just come to an end, and we’re still energized and inspired by this extraordinary experience in Paris. As every year, this event allowed us to showcase our passion for Italian culinary tradition and share it with the world.

Over the past days, we connected with people from all corners of the globe: loyal customers who have long appreciated our specialties, as well as new visitors who, for the first time, discovered the unique flavors of our antipasti and preserves. The responses were incredible. There’s something magical about seeing how a simple taste can build connections, overcome cultural barriers, and create lasting impressions. Our story may begin in the Marche region, but our vision and purpose are global.

This concept is essential to us at Castellino. We take pride in our local roots, but it is in global exchange that we find new energy and inspiration. We don’t want to limit ourselves to localism; we strive to look beyond because it’s in that “beyond” that Castellino finds its most authentic place. This is also why we participate in the world’s most important trade fairs: to build connections and bring Italian flavors beyond borders.
