The Castellino Legacy: A story of passion and vision
0 commentsIn the heart of Marche, amidst the verdant hills that touch the sky, lies a story deeply rooted in the past yet still shining brightly in the present: it is the story of Castellino, a brand carrying forward the legacy of a tradition that began over half a century ago.
It all began back in 1963, when the visionary Ragione Lombardo Vincenzò founded Ralò Srl, a distillery that represented the first step in a long journey into the world of taste and quality. From that moment on, a passion for good food and dedication to craftsmanship became the beating heart of this family business.
In 1976, the Lombardo family made a courageous decision: to move to San Severino Marche in search of larger spaces and even greater opportunities. It was there that they found their new home, in a larger facility that would give them the chance to grow and thrive.
But the evolution of Castellino didn’t stop there. In 1983, alongside the distillery activity, came the marketing of the finest Italian olives, giving rise to a new chapter in the company’s history. It was at that moment that the Castellino brand began to make its mark in the market, bringing with it the promise of quality and authenticity that still distinguishes it today.
Sales began to grow, not only in Italy but also in Europe, the United States, and Canada, capturing the palates of many and soon becoming a beloved and respected brand worldwide.
Today Castellino continues to honor the legacy of its founders, carrying forward the same passion and dedication that characterized its early days. With an ever-expanding range of artisanal products and a consolidated reputation for quality, Castellino is more than a brand: it is a symbol of Italian excellence passed down from generation to generation.
