Our quality is guaranteed
In 2005 the company Ralò Srl decided to certify its Quality Management System for all its plant activities, in order to identify and satisfy the customer request.
The whole productive and management process, as well as its monitoring activities of the critical points (HACCP), is organized in accordance to the BRC, IFS and subject to a cyclic supervision by the certifying institutions and authorities.
BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standard) are the two main internationally recognized standards for certifying quality systems that manage the production and supply of products for the Organized Retail Sector (ORS).
They are part of the broader project initiated by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), which aims to standardize regulations and standards for international food trade. Both are quality standards that, alongside the basic requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), include voluntary requirements for process control, product, environmental, and safety.
